The Department of Theatre Arts will be presenting “The Winter’s Tale,” directed by Susan Russell and designed by Jerome O. Hanson on Thursday, Feb. 25 at 8 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 27 at 2 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 28 at 2 p.m., and Monday, March 1 at 8 p.m. Reservations and tickets are required for the Saturday showing. WZBT radio station is sponsoring their annual winter concert Friday, Feb. 19, starting at 8:30 p.m. in The Attic. The concert will feature some rock bands from around the area. The bands that will be playing are headliners Victory by Revenge, Practically Single, Kill Your TV, and When Thieves Are About.

Most of us finish college by writing an applied thesis that applies the knowledge we have gathered for the last four years, but music majors have the opportunity to end their time at Gettysburg with a recital. Oboe wizard Andy Deen and cello master Paul McCoy are two seniors that are ready to take their final step at the college by having a combined senior recital Friday.
