“I think it’s about time we voted for senators with breasts. After all, we’ve been voting for boobs long enough.”--Clarie Sargent, Arizona Senatorial candidate
The office of the vice president has become much more important in recent history, thanks to the significant role that Dick Cheney has played in the current administration (as well as his central role in the history of cultural imperialism).

Oh my God! A liberal is about to talk about the Pope! Catholics, prepare to be deeply offended, somebody call Bill Donohue, he’s gonna pull a Bill Maher on us and start saying the Pope is a Nazi and a Pedophile! Head for the hills!
Simmer down people, I’m no anti-catholic bigot. I just think that, since the news stations have insisted upon following the Pope’s every step, we ought to take an honest look at him as an individual. And, to do this, we can’t judge the idea of the Pope in general, we can’t argue about whether it is right or wrong for a religion to have one universal leader or whether it is justifiable that that man can create “infallible” church doctrine.
