The women’s basketball team went 1-1 last week, beating Dickinson 49-33 last Wednesday before losing to McDaniel in the season finale on Saturday. With the loss, the Bullets lost sole possession of first place in the conference and fell into a tie for first with Muhlenberg.
Although the Bullets won by a comfortable 16 points, the game was much closer during the first half and opening moments of the second half, with the lead switching hands multiple times.

This past weekend, the Gettysburg Bullets made a splash in the Kunkel Aquatic Center of Franklin & Marshall at the Centennial Conference Championships. The men’s team came in third with 520 points. The women’s team was neck and neck with Franklin & Marshall throughout the entire event and unfortunately could not capture a win, but nonetheless all athletes swam extremely well.

The Gettysburg College women’s basketball team beat Muhlenberg College to snag the first place spot in the Centennial Conference. With a final score of 82-60, the Bullets completely redeemed themselves after their previous duel with Muhlenberg. They had the lead the entire game. Their tenacity and determination was the driving force behind this well-deserved win.
